Before scaling the AI assistant to all clients, we were testing it in group of 19 agents. We were aiming to get qualitative and quantitative feedback.

The main metrics in terms of adoption are (end of the year):

  • AI interview completion rate (target 65% - 19 of 29 clients)
  • Posting engagement (4 post by client avg)
  • Churn reduction 15%
  • Revenue impact $225

Complementary metrics:

  • AI interview starters
  • AI generated Facebook Post Creators
  • Successful Facebook Post Publishers

The AI testing process combines user segmentation with continuous feedback to understand performance across different profiles. It leverages passive and active signals to measure quality, confidence, and engagement. Contextual feedback captures issues at key moments in the workflow, while qualitative sessions uncover deeper concerns, risks, and unmet needs.
